- Goal-Oriented: It guides small business owners through setting clear financial goals and creating a 1-year action plan to achieve them.
- Behavior Change Science: It’s rooted in behavior change science to help participants develop a strong mindset, stay motivated, and overcome obstacles.
- Structure and Support: It offers a comprehensive support system for 12 months, including:
- Monthly 1-on-1 sessions with a certified SLAPstrategist (successful business owner).
- Access to SLAPexperts for guidance and troubleshooting.
- SLAPschool Live events for ongoing learning and skill development.
- Access to BEHAVIOR BASED loans, that do not factor owner/business finances into eligibility!
- Technology-Enabled: It’s a software-as-a-service (SaaS) program, providing a digital platform for goal setting, action planning, tracking progress, and accessing resources.
- Data-Driven: It tracks progress and uses data to provide personalized insights and recommendations.
- Community Focus: It fosters a supportive community of small business owners through online forums and events.
